How to place an order?

1. Browse products and add to cart
2. Click on cart and proceed to checkout
3. Enter shipping address
4. Choose payment method
5. Confirm and place order

Payment methods accepted?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (select locations).

How to apply coupon code?

Enter your coupon code in the "Apply Coupon" section at checkout. The discount will be applied instantly if valid.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. Contact customer support immediately for assistance.

Delivery timelines?

• Metro cities: 2-4 business days
• Other cities: 4-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days
• Express delivery: 1-2 business days (select areas)

How to track my order?

Go to "My Orders" section, select your order, and click "Track Order". You'll see real-time tracking updates. Tracking details are also sent via email/SMS.

Shipping charges?

Free shipping on orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, shipping charges range from ₹50-100 based on location and weight.

International shipping?

We ship to 50+ countries. International shipping charges and delivery time vary by location. Customs duties may apply as per local regulations.

Return policy?

30-day easy return policy. Products must be unused, with original packaging and tags. Some items like personal care products are non-returnable.

How to return an item?

Go to "My Orders", select the order, click "Return Item", choose reason, and schedule pickup. Our partner will collect from your address.

Refund timeline?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Amount is credited to original payment method.

Exchange process?

Select "Exchange" while initiating return. Choose new size/color/product. Exchange item will be shipped after we receive the original item.
